This wonderfully positioned property has 4 bathrooms and a vast outdoor terrace with arguably, one of the best views in Jersey.
An added bonus is the use of the owners’ indoor swimming pool, plus use of a large games room with pool table, ping pong and table football.
Located in the beautiful parish of St.Brelade you will be spoilt for choice of cliff walks and beaches and there are several restaurants and pubs just a short walk away. A fabulous rustic pizza restaurant can be accessed by walking across the beach in the summer months!

This property allows 1 well behaved dog. Please note that the grounds are not fenced. The owner has a friendly spaniel that may be seen around the grounds. Please note that dogs must be kept on a lead on all Jersey beaches between 10:30 am and 6pm from 1st May to the 30th September.
Parking available for 2 cars.
*Where a property advertises a swimming pool, the use of a swimming pool is, without exception, always entirely at the users' own risk. The pool is closed between 8am - 9am and 5pm - 6.20pm.
